Who you are

You’re a therapist who has done some EFT training.

While the model speaks to you on a deep level, you feel you could use some support putting what you've learned into practice

Perhaps you'd like to pursue certification, and you want someone who has experience with that process. Maybe you just want to feel more confident with your skills. Or perhaps you have some challenging cases and would like some outside perspective.

Or maybe you're not new to this model, and you feel some shame like, "why am I still not getting this right?" 

 

Who I am 

I'm a certified EFT Therapist and EFT Supervisor with over ten years of experience specializing exclusively in EFT, and I can help

Everything you're feeling right now, I've been there! Even when this model resonates with you, it can be incredibly challenging to put into practice. So much of this work depends upon connecting with your internal process—the "self of therapist." That's where EFT supervision can be so valuable.

In a compassionate, safe, and encouraging environment, I will help you see and build on your unique strengths as a therapist to make this model your own. I will help you process the places where you get stuck. If you're looking to pursue certification, I can help guide you through that process as I have successfully guided others.

What I do

Here are some things I can help with:

  • Review and process your tapes

  • Dig into challenging cases with you

  • Help you walk through the steps to certification

  • Build your confidence as an EFT therapist

  • Hone specific skills like validation or empathic conjecture 

  • Get more fluent in attachment language and attachment reframes

  • Learn to get away from content and focus on emotion 

  • Track 'The Cycle' more effectively 

  • Learn to use the EFT TANGO 

  • Really slow down to help clients touch more vulnerable emotions

 

 How I work

I offer both individual and group supervision options. You may prefer one option over the other, or you may find that a mix of both can be helpful

 

All of my supervision offerings are available exclusively online, so you can work with me from anywhere in the world, from the convenience of your own home or office.
