Some insurance companies offer "out-of-network" coverage for mental health and family therapy services. Contact your insurance to find out if you have this type of coverage and to find out the scope of the coverage.
If you use out-of-network benefits, you will pay me directly, and I will provide you with a statement that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. The reimbursement amount is entirely dependent upon your specific plan.
