“How do we get started with couples therapy?”
Send me an email and tell me a bit about what you are looking for and any questions you may have about my practice.
We will use email to decide on a time for our first meeting. Once we've done that, I will send you both all the information and forms you need to get started.
Next, the three of us will meet in my Needham office or via a secure online telehealth platform to discuss how I might be helpful and how I work. If we all decide to proceed, I will schedule one session with each of you to understand your individual backgrounds.
